Hi, I'm Katie

My focus and passion as a yoga teacher is grounding, inclusive yoga classes that people can enjoy withcare, curiosity and choice.

My style of yoga is about showing up, as you are and experiencing your class - taking what you need, and leaving what you don't. 

I teach live classes online, have an on demand yoga library and community classes and 1:1 yoga in Oxford, UK.
