I teach in-person yoga and online classes in Oxford at Prana Studio and Every Body Studio. I also work one-to-one or in small groups, as well as corporate packages.
I run in-person yoga classes in Oxford at Prana Studio and Ever Body Studio. One-to-one is also available as well as corporate packages. Online classes are available weekly via Zoom.

My vision is to offer a space for people to practice yoga and learn together as a community. I love to help empower students to; feel comfortable being themselves in class, have the opportunity to find a sense of agency within their yoga practice, and find their own set of tools they can take with them throughout their life.
I teach a range of yoga styles tailored to clients, including Gentle Flow Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Dynamic classes and Power Flow yoga at a range of levels.
