Monthly Gentle Movement & Rest Club
A Restorative Yoga Class
It can be hard to carve out time for rest in our busy lives, and even when we do, maybe there are a million things that pop up. I find that resting with other people helps me to clear that time in my calendar and give myself permission to rest. This is my intention for Gentle Movement & Rest Club. We will have a different focus each time, but all around, inviting a type of rest into the hour we spend together.

Summer classes run in July & August each summer. We have finished classes for 2024 and will be back for summer 2025.

One-to-one/Private Classes (In-person or over Zoom)
One-to-one classes and small group classes can be a great way to connect to a regular yoga practice. Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking for a little extra support with your current yoga practice. Contact me to enquire about one-to-one, private, or group bookings.
When I receive a new enquiry, you will be sent a short form to complete before we meet to chat.
One-to-one classes can help with:
- Starting from the beginning
- People looking to deepen their practice
- People who are looking for extra support due to illness or injury
- People who have a specific aim in mind
- People looking for tools to help deal with stress and anxiety

How often?
After an initial chat, I would usually recommend booking a few weekly classes to start developing a regular practice.
Where?
One-to-one and small group sessions can be held online, at your home, or in a private studio space. Online classes will be over Zoom. For those in person equipment will be provided.
Duration?
Classes can vary depending on your needs, 75 minutes, 60, 45 or 30 minutes. We can talk about this in our initial chat.
Class Prices
All rates quoted include lesson planning and travel within a 30m cycle.

Discounts are offered on a block of 4 sessions.
All classes must be paid for in advance. Any class cancelled within 12 hours of the arranged time must be paid for.
Events
I love meeting new people and heading off to teach at events. If you have an event in mind, please do reach out. Hen do’s, retreats, parties, and festivals are all welcome!
