What I offer

Classes are tailored to suit your needs. I offer an initial chat and taster class to see if we are the right fit for each other.

I am able to offer a discount on classes for local charities, please do get in touch. Yoga classes at work can be a great way to help people relax, connect, and take a moment of a break from a busy day.

Whether it's 30 minutes, 45 or 60 minutes, in person or online, the benefits of yoga can be wide-reaching.

Studies have suggested possible benefits of yoga for several aspects of wellness, including stress management, mental/emotional health, and promoting healthy eating/activity habits, sleep, and balance.​

Specialist Training

I have training in accessible and trauma-informed yoga. ,As well as specialist training in the Violence Against Women & Girls sector, First Aid training, and Mental Health Frist Aid training I have and continue to work with organisations such as Oxfordshire Mind, OSARCC and EIS.

My Rates

All rates quoted include lesson planning and travel within a 30m cycle.
